Our welcoming and unique studio setting is perfect for a laid-back and stress-free production experience. With ample unmetered street parking and six reserved spots on property, it's easy to access our studio. Plus, at 2,000 sq. ft. with a bay door, the space is also great for set building and photo shoots. Sets and Screens
Create an interview or TV set with 8X12’ ready-made flats. Use the white or black screen to create colour washes for music videos or photography, or green screen for VFX. KFS has an extensive list of rentals to ensure your crew is fully equipped for your next project.
Set Building and Design
KFS has 14’ of clearance to the lighting grid and a 14’ bay door directly into the studio, making it an ideal space for climate-controlled set design and building.
